Every year since 2011, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has chosen the Real LIFE Foundation to be its partner advocacy for its annual Christmas campaign, the Giving Journal. We are a company that seeks to honor the Lord in all we do, and we are intentional in sowing seeds of wholeness and nurturing human flourishing. The Real LIFE Foundation shares our vision of fostering communities built on kindness and compassion that reflects the heart of Jesus Christ. It is an organization that is resourceful, accountable, effective, and scaling sustainably. They are helping the next generation know and achieve their God-given potential. It is a platform that successfully integrates faith and learning, and develops graduates that lead purposeful lives as servant-minded leaders for our nation. 

Surrendering my life to the Lord sparked a passion for giving back and it is a privilege to be able to invest in the things of God.

Real LIFE checks all the boxes when it comes to supporting a worthy cause: they help deserving students in most need; they provide college education with values formation; they collaborate with a nationwide network of churches and schools; they give scholars the best chance to succeed personally and professionally; and they give scholars the best chance to give back to their families and communities as well in the future.  

I support Real LIFE because I am a former high school Christian life education teacher and group guidance counselor. Real LIFE is just an extension of me!

MICC is with Real Life Foundation advocacy as we also believe in the cause of stewardship. God's endearing resources led us to partnership in providing assistance to children in need of education. The Real Life Foundation makes for a perfect partner for SCPA as we share the same goal: "to help those in need, to be the hands and feet of Jesus by being His instruments on earth."  Our founder's ultimate motivation for building SCPA was to be a channel of God's blessing by providing employment for all Filipinos -- something the Real Life Foundation supports by empowering the youth. 

As the second-generation leaders of SCPA, supporting the Real Life Foundation provides us with another avenue to strengthen the workforce, especially those who would otherwise not even be able to secure a job because of a lack of a diploma. These are our Filipino youth with high potential but who would have fallen through the cracks of our educational and social system.

Beyond this, what we love about working with Real Life Foundation is its wholistic view on developing the next generation. It's not just about quality education; it's all about introducing to them the meaning of true life with their leadership and values development programs.
